Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Qualifications

5+ years of experience applying machine learning in robotics or electronics.

Experience with one or more of the following: Microcontrollers, electromyography, inertial measurement units, digital signal processing, Bluetooth Low Energy.

Experience in Software Development and coding in general-purpose programming languages (Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript).

Willingness to embrace uncertainty, and ability to explore and experiment to find creative solutions to new problems.
Responsibilities

Develop machine learning models on high-frequency EMG and motion data.

Write production quality model code to translate sensor data into gestures and intent.

Work closely with other designers and engineers to iterate on device prototypes.

Work closely with engineers outside the company to meet their technical needs.
Software Engineer
Qualifications

3+ years of software development experience.

Experience with one or more of the following: Bluetooth Low Energy, Android and iOS development, Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant development.

Experience in Software Development and coding in general-purpose programming languages (Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript).

Responsibilities

Develop software to integrate FANTM controls with other systems (e.g. Alexa, AR/VR, games).

Work closely with other designers and engineers to develop FANTM’s client API, and to iterate on device prototypes.

Work closely with customers to meet their software and app integration needs.
